Bush and Obama attempted to improve relations with Russia and failed.  Early in Trump's presidency, America's relationship with Russia seems headed for change.  What kind of change and how will future ties impact NATO, the Baltic region, relations with China and the Middle East?  Dr. Douglas Simon, emeritus professor at Drew University specializing in international affairs, US foreign policy, and national security will lead the discussion.
